Dante Amelotti, DMD, MS
Dr. Amelotti is a first-generation immigrant from Córdoba, Argentina with over 18 years of experience in the healthcare field as a U.S. military service member. During his 10-year tenure in the U.S. Navy, Dr. Amelotti served as a Hospital Corpsman, medical laboratory scientist and cytology technologist. While in the U.S. Army, he held various positions as a general dentist, to include a combat deployment to Afghanistan with an infantry unit. Dr. Amelotti is a recipient of a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine, a Master of Science in Oral Biology degree from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, post-doctorate certificates in Advanced
Education in General Dentistry and Advanced Education in
Endodontics from the U.S. Army Medical Department, and a
Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences degree (Summa Cum
Laude) from The George Washington University. Dr. Amelotti is a
full-time U.S. Army endodontist and a part-time private practice
associate endodontist at Root Canal Specialists in Newport News,
Virginia. Dr. Amelotti is married, has a son and a daughter, and
loves spending his free time with his family. Dr. Amelotti is fluent in
English, Spanish, and Portuguese and possesses an entry level
proficiency in Italian
